Open the BO.S.S. in your web browser to create your online survey. http://www.bold-ed-survey.com/Login.aspx

Simply click on the CREATE NEW SURVEY button

Choose from over 20 question types 14 standard question types 7 advanced question types (including matrix, constant sum, ranking, and more) 3 hidden field question types (querystring, session, and cookie)
